Quality is our main core value. We strive to offer quality and comprehensive services to our patients to ensure quick recovery and successful outcomes. This is supported by our dedicated staff, policies and guidelines as well as standard operating procedures which are in place. We employ the most current diagnostic and treatment protocols and adhere to Ministry of Health and international guidelines. We have modern equipment for diagnosis and treatment as well as resuscitation.Quality is exhibited right from our reception; consultation and treatment; our computer records to our in-patient services including private wards and quality meals. As a mark of quality Topcare was awarded Step 4 certification in the Safecare Quality Management Model in 2019, which is the second highest in that system.

Topcare Nursing Home observes the medical ethics as enshrined in the various vows taken by health workers. This ensures that we put the interest of our patients first and do no harm. We abide by the patient rights which is included in our patient charter.
